These forms come in two versions: Printable: designed to be printed and completed by hand, and fillable PDF, designed to be filled out on your computer.

FILLABLE FILES:
To do list items in the fillable PDFs can be filled in on your computer using the free Adobe Reader software (complete instructions provided.) The color and text of the documents are part of the design and cannot be changed.
- The font is black and auto-sized to fit
- When you add text to a document you that you want to save use File > Save as, which will save it as a separate document, leaving your original file clean and ready for new information.
